To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, compensate and maintain Unity, its executives, directors, employees and representatives, compensated by and against any claim, remedy, remedy or proceeding as well as any losses, debts, damages, costs and expenses, including, but not limited, to reasonable legal and accounting fees arising from or not from any form related to: (i) your access or use of services; (ii) their content; or (iii) your violation of the agreement or other agreement/license with Unity. How we measure your finances depends on who you are. Financial threshold values are displayed in U.S. currency, and your total finances are converted to U.S. currency to determine your status. You can cancel your Unity account at any time by sending an email to support@unity3d.com. The termination of your Unity account does not exempt you from paying all remaining amounts due for your Existing software subscriptions or Developer Service, Unity Free, cannot be licensed or used by a commercial enterprise with annual gross revenues (based on the previous year) in excess of $100,000, or by an educational, academic, not-for-profit or state organization with a total annual budget of more than $100,000 for the entire enterprise (based on the previous year).
