1.1 „Settlement Agreement“ means the provincial collective agreements listed below for the period beginning April 1, 2017: • the Government of Alberta and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, with respect to Premises 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 12 • Alberta Health Services and United Nurses of Alberta • Alberta Health Services and Health Sciences Association of Alberta • Alberta Health Services and Alberta Union of Provincial Employees – Auxiliary Nursing • Alberta Health Services and Alberta Unio n Union of Provincial Employees – General Assistance Services 8.4.1 Extracurricular activities will be the collective responsibilities of school staff. Individual teachers choose from these activities based on their knowledge, skills and interests. Two (2) days of paid leave are granted to superintendents during a school year, at a consensual time for the principal and the principal superintendent or designated. 2.3.2 A communication under paragraph 2.3.1 shall be considered as a communication on the initiation of collective bargaining in accordance with Article 59(1) of the Labour Relations Act. (b) TEBA and the Association may agree, by mutual agreement, to act with an arbitration body composed of a single arbitrator and not a three-member arbitration body. . . .
